  • Mpv: a fork of mplayer with some improvements, and which is under active development.

  • Windows Media Player: a proprietary, Windows-only media player from Microsoft.

  • GStreamer: an open-source multimedia framework. LGPLed. Is supported by many players, including gst123.
        

  • Xine: a multimedia playback library, along with some standalone players for UNIX-like operating systems. Open source (GPLed).

(Director)  : A director is a person from a group of managers who leads or supervises a particular area of a company. For another meaning, it is the person who supervises the actors and other staff in a film, play, or similar production. (Script Writer)  ;A Scriptwriter creates the script/screenplay for the production. They may or may not have been the creator of the original idea but they are contracted by the producer to write a script. The parameters of the job description vary in each type of production.
